Arizona Senior Olympics is striving to keep everyone over the age of 50  in the best possible shape both physically and mentally.  Many come from a life of continuous exercise and fitness and enjoy the thrill of competing in various sports. Others may just be starting out but have learned that competition is the key to improved performance.  As our commitment to you, we have planned competitions throughout 2001 and 2002.
