- issue
date

of publication (The Journal of Commerce, Traffic
World, etc.)

of published advertisement
- coloration
- name
and telephone number of contact person
- number
of elements / files included
- Include
a visula to assist in final output verification. If
black and white, a fax to
908-454-6052 will sufice. If spot color or
4-color process, please provide a dry color proof
by courier or mail to the address shown on this page.
